Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Rostered in-home support that helps you live as independently as possible in your shared or private accommodation in South Australia.
What This Support Can Include
Our support is entirely flexible and directed by your preferences. Common supports include:
- 24/7 active or sleepover rostered support tailored to your schedule.
- Daily living skill development, cooking, and meal preparation.
- Household management, budgeting, and routine building.
- Medication management and appointment coordination.
- Social connection and harmony with housemates in shared homes.
- Encouraging personal decision-making and autonomy in everyday life.
Who It May Suit
SIL is suited for NDIS participants with higher support needs who require regular or around-the-clock support to live safely and independently in a home of their choice.
How Full Care Approaches This Service
Our approach to SIL is grounded in human connection. We do not treat houses like facilities — we treat them like homes. Support workers listen, collaborate on meal plans, and support housemates to build living skills at their own pace.
We work in close collaboration with your Support Coordinator, Plan Manager, and allied health team to ensure supports are consistent, respectful, and aligned with your broader goals.
