A Human Alternative to Corporate Care
Founded in South Australia, Full Care was created to provide disability supports where participants feel truly safe, heard, respected, and empowered.
Built on Heart, Not Rosters
Disability support works best when it is built on genuine human connection. Too often, participants and families experience large providers as impersonal — revolving rosters of unfamiliar workers, slow communication, and support that feels like an administrative procedure.
Full Care exists to do things differently. We are a registered Australian NDIS provider operating in Adelaide and surrounding South Australian regions. We keep our communication direct, our worker matching thoughtful, and our focus firmly on your everyday goals.
Our Mission
To walk alongside NDIS participants and their families with consistency, dignity, and authentic warmth — fostering independence in daily life and supporting people to participate fully in their communities.
Our Core Values
These eight principles guide how we recruit, how we communicate, and how we deliver support every day.
Dignity
Every person is entitled to unconditional respect, privacy, and support that honours their identity and self-worth.
Respect
We listen before we act. We honour personal routines, cultural backgrounds, and individual preferences in every interaction.
Choice & Control
You decide who supports you, when support happens, and how your goals are pursued. Your voice is always central.
Independence
We encourage practical skill-building and self-confidence, supporting you to achieve independence rather than dependency.
Safety
Rigorous worker screening, comprehensive training, zero-tolerance for abuse, and robust safeguarding procedures.
Reliability
Consistent, punctual support workers who turn up as scheduled and communicate openly with you and your family.
Cultural Sensitivity
Deep respect for Australia's First Nations peoples, diverse cultural backgrounds, and individual family traditions.
Transparency
Clear service agreements, honest feedback channels, and open communication regarding funding and service delivery.
How We Deliver Care
We do not believe in transactional support. When you join Full Care, we take the time to understand your routine, your communication preferences, and the qualities you look for in a support worker.
Thoughtful Support Matching
A qualified worker can still be the wrong personality match. We align our workers with participants who share similar interests — whether that is sports, arts, cooking, or quiet companionship — creating genuine rapport and stability.
Our Support Team
Full Care employs screened, qualified, and dedicated support workers across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia. Leadership and clinical advisory profiles will be published here upon final verification.
All staff hold valid NDIS Worker Screening • Police Clearance • First Aid / CPR
